About the Board
The Sewer Connection Appeal Board was formed to hear, review and rule on appeals. The board answers questions concerning the availability of a sanitary sewer to property and shall determine when an individual sewage disposal system constitutes a health hazard.
Members
The 3 member board is made up of the Utilities Director, the Public Works Director or their designated representative, and the Health Commissioner.
Meetings
The Sewer Connection Appeal Board meets when any person appeals an order to connect to the sanitary sewer system.
