Paint the Town Committee
The Paint the Town Program provides paint, supplies and labor to those residents of the City of Sidney who qualify under program guidelines.

The Revolving Loan Fund was created by City ordinance in 1984 following the receipt of a $300,000 Community Development Block Grant.

Sewer Connection Appeal Board
The board answers questions concerning the availability of a sanitary sewer to property and shall determine when an individual sewage disposal system constitutes a health hazard.
