Records Commission

About the Board

The Commission meets at least once every six months to supervise the retention of records and approve requests for the disposal of records of the City. Some records are permanent and all others have required retention schedules.


The Records Commission, provided for by the Ohio Revised Code, is composed of the City Manager, the Finance Officer, the Law Director, and a citizen appointed by the City Manager. Current members include:
