To start utility service, you will need to visit the Revenue Collection Department, located in City Hall, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Customers who come in before 3 p.m. can usually have their service start the same day.
A completed service agreement. Copies are available in the office.
A photo I.D. such as a driver’s license.
Utility Deposit (PDF) - customers who are tenants must pay a deposit when signing up for service. The deposit will be held on your account while you continue to reside at this location.
