Passenger Policies

Please review the following policies we ask passengers to follow while they utilize our services:

  • Our “on-time” window is 10 minutes before to 10 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. Please be ready to board the vehicle 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our drivers will wait three minutes. Waiting time will be extended for passengers with disabilities.
  • Fares must be paid when boarding and before the vehicle leaves the pick-up point. Please have the exact fare ready. Drivers are often not able to make change.
  • Take a seat as soon as possible, and do not change seats once the vehicle is in motion. Please allow passengers with mobility devices to board first. Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and is neither assigned nor reserved. When available, priority seating will be offered to senior citizens, those with disabilities, or expectant mothers.
  • Plan for a longer trip than you would in an automobile, as the vehicle may need to make several stops.
  • Remain seated until the vehicle comes to a complete stop. For your safety and the safety of those behind you, hold on to the hand rails until you clear the door, then move away from the vehicle as soon as possible.
  • Potentially dangerous items are prohibited on our vehicles and may result in immediate termination of service. Continued or repeated misbehavior may result in suspension of service. Prohibited behavior and items include:
    • Destruction of property
    • Disruptive or abusive behavior
    • Harassment of other passengers or the driver
    • Illegal substances
    • Lewd or indecent behavior
    • Threatening or intimidating behavior
  • Packages that are too large to fit on your lap are not permitted. Packages should be no larger than 18 inches by 12 inches by 12 inches.
  • All passengers must wear seat belts.
  • Child restraint seats are not provided. It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide a child restraint seat and secure the child and the seat before departure.
  • Eating, drinking, smoking and using vulgar language are prohibited on our vehicles.
  • We do not provide package pick up or delivery service.
  • Service animals are permitted on the vehicles with their owner. Pets are not permitted on our vehicles.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.
