To help facilitate public input into the proposed Zoning Code changes, a new page has been added to the city's website to allow community members to provide feedback. Community members are encouraged to visit: www.sidneyoh.com/472/Zoning-CodeUpdate to review the documents available, including a first draft of the proposed code.
Visitors will also find a video from the December 9, 2020, meeting to view where ZoneCo's Sean Suder explains the reasoning for the changes and highlights the major revisions contained in the proposed draft.
After reviewing the available documents and the video, community members are invited to provide feedback on key issues by using the link provided on the website. In this survey, participants will be asked to provide input on fences, building locations in certain zoning districts, new residential construction and infill building materials in the Court Square District.
An additional survey for general comments will be added in the coming days.
