The Planning Commission is responsible for the City’s long-range, comprehensive planning process. The Commission also advises the Council on planning, zoning and platting matters. All Planning Commission meetings are open to the public. In view of the orders and guidelines issued by the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC regarding the coronavirus and the prohibition on mass gatherings, the Planning Commission meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting; commission members have the option to meet in person or connect to the teleconference. The public may access the meeting by telephone, tablet, laptop or personal computer. Members of the public wishing to access the meeting may call 937-498-8130 for the phone number and access code.
