The Sidney Police Department is conducting a Citizens’ Police Academy in order to enhance the communication between the residents of Sidney, and the police who serve them. The program is designed to give the citizens of Sidney an overview of the how the department operates, and an in-depth view of its policies.
This free course will be held on 10 consecutive Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. starting March 4, 2020, and ending May 6, 2020. The course will take place in the Sidney Police Department Training room located at 234 W. Court Street.
