Records Commission Meeting

Sidney Records Commission is created under Ohio Revised Code Section 149.39 for the purpose of providing rules for retention and disposal of records of the municipal corporation and to review applications for one-time disposal of obsolete records and schedules of records retention and disposition submitted by municipal offices.
Records Commission meetings are open to the public. In light of the orders and guidelines issued by the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC regarding the coronavirus and the prohibition on mass gatherings over 10 persons this will be a hybrid meeting; Records Commission members will have the option to meet in person or connect to the teleconference. The public can access the meeting by telephone, tablet, laptop or personal computer.
