The City Tree Board was created by the City Council in April 1989 to develop, annually update, and administer a written plan for the following care of trees and shrubs in parks, along streets, and in other public areas. All Tree Board meetings are open to the public. In view of the orders and guidelines issued by the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC regarding the coronavirus and the prohibition on mass gatherings over 10 persons this will be a hybrid meeting; Board members have the option to meet in person or connect to the teleconference. The public can access the meeting by telephone, tablet, laptop or personal computer. Members of the public wishing to access the meeting may call 937-498-8159 before 4:00 on the day of the meeting, for the phone number and access code.
