Personal History with Sidney
This is my second tenure with the City of Sidney. I served in a variety of capacities from 1989 to 1998, being Assistant City Manager when I left to take a City Manager position in another community. During the 13 years I was away, I always had the thought in the back of my mind that I would like to return to Sidney someday. I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to become City Manager in February, 2012, and I am very glad to be back. I hope you find that Sidney is a great place to work, live, recreate, and worship, just as I have.
