The City of Sidney is in the process of seeking a grant from the USEPA Brownfield’s Program to complete environmental assessment activities at the former Wagner Manufacturing & Master Vision Polishing facility at 440 Fair Road, Sidney, Ohio. The public is encouraged to provide input on this draft grant application and ongoing process.
