This page is intended to advise residents, businesses, and the traveling public of the City of Sidney to the Wapakoneta Avenue Reconstruction Project. Phase 2 includes:
Phase 2 of the project is located on Wapakoneta Avenue at the intersection with Parkwood Street proceeding south to Russell Road.
Phase 2 is a continuation of Wapakoneta Avenue Reconstruction Phase 1 completed in 2012 which encompassed Parkwood Street north to I-75.
Phase 2 includes removal and reconstruction in order to widen the roadway and add a center-turn lane. Also included are curb & gutter, sidewalk, water main replacement, sanitary sewer replacement.
