Natural Gas Aggregation

  • Selected Supplier: Volunteer Energy Services (1.800.977.8374)
  • Rate:  $0.371/Ccf starting June 2019 through April 2021

Residents will instead be on Vectren’s Standard Choice Offer (SCO) natural gas supply rate for their May service periods (June bill). Letters should soon be arriving from Vectren confirming Volunteer Energy as the natural gas supplier beginning with the June service period for any resident or small business who received the Volunteer Energy opt-out notice and did not opt-out of the aggregation program. If you have any questions about your enrollment status, you are encouraged to contact Volunteer Energy to confirm at 1-800-977-8374.

If you are presently under contract with another electric or natural gas supplier and want to make the switch to the Sidney aggregation program, be sure to read the terms and conditions of your current contract to determine if there are any applicable early termination fees or other penalties.
