Upon receipt of a traffic citation or a bondable criminal citation, the officer should provide you with a mail-in slip that includes the Court’s address as well as the amount due. Please return this mail-in slip with your payment if paying by mail. No receipt will be returned to you unless you also include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please note that money orders and certified checks are acceptable forms of payment. No personal checks are accepted. At this time the Court is unable to process credit card or Internet payments.

You may also pay in person at the Clerks’ office during Hours of Operation ( Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. except on court holidays). Outside normal business hours, the City of Sidney’s Utility Drop Box located on the east side of the Municipal Building at 201 West Poplar Street, Sidney (on the West Avenue side of the building) can be used to drop off payment in an envelope marked Sidney Municipal Court. Be sure to include information regarding your payment or enclose a copy of the citation. Again, no receipt will be given (except for payment in person) unless a self-addressed stamped envelope is provided. You can telephone the Clerks Office (937/498-0011) to verify payment has been received.
