The Human Resource Department will provide quality services, and support
in employment, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation
and safety beyond the expectations of all employees enabling them
to better serve our Citizens.

CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
The Civil Service Commission is a three member panel of citizens approved
by the City of Sidney Council. The Civil Service Commission members
volunteer their time to serve on the commission.
